Is the H1500-PRO a fog machine or a hazer?
A hazer. It produces a fine, even haze that hangs in the air for a long time and is mainly there to reveal light beams, not to pump out thick clouds of smoke.
Which fluid should I use?
Haze fluid only. Algam Lighting explicitly recommends it; regular fog fluid gives a very different effect and is not what this machine is designed for.
How long does a full tank last?
At 100% output it uses 12 ml per minute, so 5 litres is good for roughly 6 to 7 hours at full power. At a lower setting, a lot longer.
Can I use it outdoors?
No. Protection rating IP20, so indoor use only.
