Description
What if you could draw your laser patterns right on your phone, with no laptop and no power cable? The Algam Lighting Spectrum 1500 RGB+ is a battery-powered animation laser with app control and 1500 mW of RGB output. Set it down, pair your smartphone over Bluetooth, and within a minute you are drawing, writing and animating yourself. For up to 4 hours, without a single cable running to the laser.
Features
Three laser diodes add up to 1500 mW: red 380 mW, green 290 mW and blue 800 mW, giving clean colour mixing and bright, visible beams. The 15 Kpps scanner renders 180 figures and 60 animation effects crisply, even on fast patterns. Through the Algam Lighting app (iOS and Android) you pick from six sub-modes: drawing, text, program, line animation, outdoor and random. If you prefer a wired setup, you also get DMX (16 or 20 channels) and an ILDA in and out.

Pairs perfectly with
- A hazer or fog machine, because without haze the beams are barely visible
- A Wolfmix W1 or WING to bring the laser into your DMX light show
- An ILDA interface with laser software for fully timecoded shows
- Other Spectrum lasers from Algam Lighting for a symmetrical setup
Pro Tip: A laser only comes alive with haze in the room, so start your hazer a quarter of an hour before the show. And always rig the Spectrum above head height, angled upwards: class 4 means you never scan into the audience.

FAQ
How long does the laser run on battery?
Up to 4 hours on a full charge of the 7000 mAh battery. Plug it into mains power (100-240 V) and the battery is no longer a limit.
Do I need a DMX controller?
No. In auto or sound-active mode it runs by itself, and the app lets you control everything from your phone. DMX and ILDA are there for integrating the laser into a bigger show.
Can I point this laser at the audience?
No. It is a class 4 laser: never scan through the crowd, rig it above head height and use the safety key and interlock. Always check the regulations that apply to laser shows.
Can I project text?
Yes, in the app's text mode you type a message and the laser projects it straight away. Drawing mode lets you create your own figures.
