Can I point the laser at the audience?
No. This is a Class 3B laser: mount it so every beam projects well above head height, and connect the interlock as described in the manual.
Do I need fog to see the beams?
Yes. Without fog you mainly see the patterns on the wall; with a hazer or fog machine the beams themselves become visible and the effect really opens up.
Can it react to music on its own?
Yes. In sound mode the laser follows the rhythm in the room, no controller or setup required. Handy for smaller rigs.
