Description

Finally a blinder that adds color and depth to your rig even during the quiet moments! The Free Color Magic Flash 2 LED blinder combines two powerful 100 W COB modules for hard blinder flashes with a decorative RGB backlight around each eye for beautiful color in between. Each backlight ring consists of several segments you can control via the built-in programs.

What sets the Magic Flash 2 apart from a regular COB blinder is the combination of independently dimmable warm-white and cool-white channels on the main modules and a fully independent RGB backlight ring. You set the color temperature of the main beam without gel or filter, and the backlight does its own thing via separate DMX channels. The strobe frequency runs up to 20 flashes per second — from subtle pulses to hard club strobes. With 13 DMX channels you have full grip on every parameter, and thanks to PowerCON in/out you link multiple units in series without extra power strips.

FAQ

Can I use the WW and CW channels together for a mixed color temperature?

Yes. Both channels are independently dimmable via DMX, so you can set any ratio — from pure warm white to pure cool white, or any mix in between.

Does the Magic Flash 2 work without a DMX controller?

Absolutely. In standalone auto mode it runs on built-in programs; the sound-controlled mode also works entirely without a controller. For full control over the RGB backlight, WW/CW ratio and strobe parameters, a DMX desk or software is recommended.
