The Free Color STROBE LINE is a hybrid pixel-mappable LED bar with incredible power and possibilities. It combines 32 zones of RGB, 16 zones of white, and 16 zones of amber LEDs in one super compact housing weighing barely 2.3 kg. You control each zone individually via DMX, enabling layered strobe patterns, color loops, and dynamic effects without needing a second fixture. The built-in macros and auto modes make the fixture useful without a DMX controller too, while sound mode responds directly to the music. The multifunctional LCD display lets you set everything quickly right on the fixture. Quick-lock connectors at both ends allow fast rigging of multiple units. Can I control the RGB, white and amber zones at the same time?
Yes. In the extended DMX modes (82, 130 or 135 channels) you get full, separate control over every segment of every color source. In the more compact modes (7 or 13 channels) the zones are controlled as groups, which is handy for simpler setups with limited DMX capacity.
Does the STROBE LINE also work without a DMX controller?
Absolutely. Both auto mode and sound mode run fully standalone. You choose your mode and set parameters via the LCD display. For quick, uncomplicated installations that's more than enough.
Is this fixture suitable for outdoor use?
No, the STROBE LINE has no IP rating and is not weatherproof. Use it indoors, or provide adequate protection against moisture for outdoor applications.
