The Pioneer DJ DDJ-REV7 is the brand's very first motorized DJ controller, bringing together the looks of a Pioneer DJ PLX-1000 and a Pioneer DJ DJM-S7 mixer in one compact 2-channel DJ controller. A true vinyl experience
At the heart of each deck on the Pioneer DJ DDJ-REV7 is the new 7-inch motorized jog wheel, offering the same rotational stability as a 12-inch turntable. It's built to feel just like spinning real records. The acrylic platter has a vinyl-like texture for optimal grip under your fingers. You can choose between low and high torque, and the 2 extra slipmats let you fine-tune the friction and resistance to your liking. The 33⅓ and 45 RPM speeds are quick to switch between, and the Stop Time setting gives you that authentic vintage stop sound of an old turntable, or an abrupt stop — the choice is yours.
View on the jogs
Each jog wheel has a 3.5-inch LCD screen at its center showing all the key information, so you no longer have to keep glancing back and forth between your decks and your laptop. Thanks to an omnidirectional viewing angle, you can see everything at a glance. You can also turn the digital marker, which shows the playback position, on or off whenever you like. And if you want, you can use the included stickers to mark each jog wheel.
Time to scratch
The Pioneer DJ DDJ-REV7 features 4 original scratch samples that you can trigger with the dedicated buttons. Since these samples are built in, you can launch them anytime you want — even without a laptop. Want to use your own samples in your set? With the Scratch Bank function, you can instantly load samples from four scratch banks you've assigned in Serato DJ Pro. The Pioneer DJ DDJ-REV7 also features a MAGVEL FADER PRO, which is not only extremely robust but also customizable with various settings.
New effects on board
A total of 22 built-in Beat FX add the drama and dynamics your transitions and drops need. There are also 3 new additions: Duck Down, Fill Out and Helix Out. By moving the effect levers down and holding them, or moving them up and locking them, you trigger various effects instantly and keep your hands free for scratching or searching for tracks.
