With the Pioneer DJ DJM-S11, you get a highly professional 2-channel battle mixer, compatible with Serato DJ Pro and Rekordbox DJ ! With a 4.3-inch touchscreen, 4 decks, and 16 assignable pads, you get full control over your mix. The Pioneer DJ DJM-S11 also features an extensive effects section with more than 22 effects. But let's not get ahead of ourselves — let's take a look at the touchscreen first. This touchscreen is fully customizable, so you always have the information you need right in front of you. That could be waveforms, a browse window, a deck 3/4 control window, deck-move which lets you switch the location of your deck (left/right), and more!
This extensive effects section gives your sets even more punch. The Pioneer DJ DJM-S11 features 22 built-in Beat FX, 15 of which will be familiar from the Pioneer DJ DJM-S9 mixer, alongside 7 new effects such as Fader Pitch and Helix. These can be combined with 6 additional software-based effects, and multiple effects can be used at the same time. There are also 16 Performance Pads, 8 per channel — again a bit larger than on the Pioneer DJ DJM-S9, making them easier to hit. In Serato DJ Pro, you can then use Combo Pad mode to combine up to 4 different pad modes at once.
The Pioneer DJ DJM-S11 was built for scratch DJs, and that's clear from the improved Magvel Fader Pro. Vertical fader stiffness has been increased by 30 percent, so you can scratch with more confidence, and the crossfader now has a more durable coating to reduce wear. That makes seriously energetic battles possible with the Pioneer DJM-S11! Finally, the DJM-S11 shares the same raw, intense sound as the Pioneer DJ DJM-900NXS2 thanks to true studio-quality 64-bit mix-and-dither processing. There's also a low-jitter clock circuit and a 32-bit D/A converter in the master output section.
