Besides playing audio files from USB or a laptop, the Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX3 can also be used as a full mixer, letting you connect and mix, for example, two turntables or other sound sources. Two extra mic inputs with talkover, a separate AUX input, and all the outputs you need round out this fantastic DJ controller.

Using the new, large touch screen, you can quickly and intuitively browse playlists, preview tracks, or load a track onto one of the channels. This is by far the largest screen ever fitted to an all-in-one controller, giving you a familiar feel and a very professional look. The screen's high resolution and frame rate give a clear view of your audio files so you can mix even more accurately. Tap the icons to bring up all the relevant info about a track instantly.

The Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX3 comes with all the effects of its predecessor, plus 6 more BEAT FX and 2 extra Sound Color FX. That means you get every effect from the Pioneer DJ DJM-900NXS2: 14 Beat FX including Ping Pong, Filter, Phaser, Slip Roll, Vinyl Brake and Helix, and 6 Sound Color FX including Space and Crush.
What do we think?
What an upgrade over its predecessor! The new Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX3 loads tracks and cue points a lot faster. On top of that, the large 10.1-inch display delivers vivid colors, a fresh look, and a whole new way for you to interact with it as a DJ. It's clear the screen and touch functions were closely modeled on the CDJ-3000, since these were carried over almost entirely for the RX3. As the icing on the cake, the sound of the RX3 has also improved: everything sounds fuller and warmer, and even more effects are available compared to its predecessor.
